Home Watch plans include interior and exterior visual checks, a photo/video report and observations of visible leaks, pests and other concerns. Authorized mail, package and doorstep flyer collection, trash-can set-out when the visit aligns with collection day and indoor plant watering are included during scheduled visits only. A One-Time Home Check includes the visual check and report; additional care services are paid add-ons.

Book a One-Time Home Check or choose Monthly (1 visit/month), Twice Monthly (2 visits/month) or 4 Visits per Month (4 visits/month) Home Watch. We confirm availability, authorized access and the full price before booking.

Home Watch starts at $125/month for Monthly, $225/month for Twice Monthly and $380/month for 4 Visits per Month. One-Time Home Checks start at $125 per visit. Scheduled-visit extras are $20 each when added to a scheduled visit; mail, packages and doorstep flyer collection, aligned trash-can set-out and indoor plant watering are included with regular Home Watch visits. Separate trips, extended work, materials and shipping are quoted separately. The Smart Sensor Package is $250 one-time and can be added to any Home Watch plan. Individual sensor options are available by quote. Contractor introductions are custom quoted.

One-time visits require a $50 deposit toward the confirmed total; the balance is due after the visit and report are delivered. Cancel at least 48 hours before the visit for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit under the agreed policy. If SolvX cancels and the visit is not rescheduled, the deposit is refunded. Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance. Yes, after-storm and on-demand checks are available by custom quote. Additional visits are charged separately. Visits depend on safe travel, safe access and scheduling availability. We share visible observations and photos; urgent hazards require the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

The $250 one-time package includes one SolvX-supplied smart hub, four water-leak sensors, one temperature and humidity sensor, a power-loss sensor and setup, pairing, configuration and testing. Only SolvX-supplied equipment is supported. Compatibility and power-loss alert requirements are confirmed before booking. Individual sensor options are available by quote. Alerts go directly to SolvX. With an active Home Watch plan, alert review and customer updates are included at no additional charge; we contact you about reported concerns and discuss next steps. Additional visits or requested services are quoted separately. Alerts depend on power, internet connectivity and equipment operation. SolvX is not an emergency monitoring or dispatch service.

At your request, we can introduce contractors we trust, provide authorized access and coordinate agreed cleaning or maintenance services. You choose the provider and approve their work and costs. SolvX does not manage construction or certify workmanship.

We’ll contact you using the plan agreed before your visit, explain what we observed, and share photos where appropriate. Any next steps or additional work need your direction.

SolvX offers scheduled drop-in property checks. Visits are visual observations, rather than overnight house sitting, continuous monitoring, emergency response, or a licensed home inspection.

We agree on access arrangements directly before your first visit. Keys, door codes, and alarm details should only be shared through the private method agreed with you. If interior access isn’t available, exterior-only checks may be arranged where applicable, with your authorization and safe access to the agreed areas.

Please tell us about any pets before your visit and arrange for them to be safely secured away from areas we need to access. If safe access isn’t possible, we may need to limit or reschedule the visit.
